1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AIAI Mastermind member portal at app.aiaimastermind.com (the "Service"), operated by Insight To Impact LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AIAI Mastermind provides insurance marketing education, coaching, and tools including:

• Online courses and training modules
• SAGE (Screen Aware Guided Experience) guided walkthroughs
• AI-powered assistance for marketing tasks
• Live coaching calls and community access

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.

4. Membership and Billing

• Membership plans and pricing are as described at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 30 days of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing members.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or membership access with others
• Copy, redistribute, or resell course content or training materials
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or compromise the platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members or staff

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including courses, videos, written materials, software, and branding, is owned by Insight To Impact LLC or its licensors. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. AI-Powered Features

The SAGE assistant and other AI features use third-party AI models (Google Gemini) to provide guidance. AI responses are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from using our training or tools. Individual results depend on effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insight To Impact LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your membership at any time through the billing portal.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of California.
