• Your Google profile picture

When you use the Service, we may also collect:

• Course progress and completion data
• SAGE workflow session data (steps completed, ratings, feedback)
• AI chat queries you submit within the SAGE assistant
• Billing information processed through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

• To provide and maintain your member account
• To track your learning progress across courses and workflows
• To personalize AI-powered guidance within the SAGE assistant
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To communicate important updates about your membership
• To improve our products and services

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase for authentication and database hosting
• Google for OAuth sign-in
• Stripe for payment processing
• Google Gemini for AI-powered assistance within SAGE
• Vercel for application hosting
• GoHighLevel for email and SMS communications

Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security policies in our database, and secure authentication via Supabase Auth. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your membership, we retain your data for up to 90 days before deletion, unless required by law to retain it longer. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
